We offer a subscription based service that monitors your hyperlinks within your training to ensure they're all working. We will notify you when a link breaks and where it's located in the respective course/s to ensure it's easily updated.

How do I know how many links I have?
You manage the hyperlinks through a CSV file we provide. You will be able to easily see how many you currently have. We are working on providing a client dashboard to manage their links.
How will I know when a link is not working?
Byte Learning will provide a template for you to list all the updates you require that month. We action all of your requested updates at the end of the month in bulk.
What is a 'Hyperlink' and how is it tracked?
You will receive an email telling you a link is not working with an attached CSV that's colour coded to show you the broken links.
When will the hyperlinks be checked?
We automatically check links on a daily basis. We can check them more frequently with an enterprise plan.
Do you offer support for fixing links?
We provide the automated monitoring of hyperlinks and you’ll be notified what the error is. You will need to provide an updated link so we can monitor it for you.
How can I upgrade/downgrade/cancel my subscription?

Can I cancel this service at any time?
It's a month to month contract and you can leave at anytime.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, each month you will be sent an invoice for your finance department to pay within 28 days.
